The Volunteers head coach has become the fastest in program history to reach the century mark

Tony Vitello has become the fastest head coach in Tennessee baseball history to reach 100 wins.
Vitello, who is in his sixth season with the Vols, reached the milestone with an 11-6 win over Georgia on March 19.
Vitello's 100th win came in his 167th game as head coach, breaking the previous record held by Rod Delmonico, who reached 100 wins in his 173rd game.
Since taking over as head coach, Vitello has led Tennessee to a 167-91 record, including three NCAA Tournament appearances and two SEC Tournament championships.
Vitello is the third coach in Tennessee baseball history to reach 100 wins, joining Delmonico and Bill Wright.
